Advice you can act on before you sign a licence

Most failed ERP projects in Saudi Arabia were decided badly, not built badly. The requirement was never written down, the demo was mistaken for a fit assessment, and the scope was agreed in a proposal nobody read twice.

We do the consulting work separately from the build: process mapping, requirement definition, vendor evaluation and a scope you can hold someone to.

  • Requirements in writing
  • Vendor-neutral shortlist
  • Realistic budget
  • Scope you can enforce

What an ERP consultant should actually deliver

Not a slide deck. A document your team, your finance director and your shortlisted vendors can all work from.

Process mapping

How work moves today, where it stalls, and which steps exist only because the current system cannot do something.

Requirements document

Numbered, testable requirements separated into must-have and nice-to-have.

If a requirement cannot be demonstrated in a script, it is a wish, not a requirement.

Platform selection

A shortlist scored against your requirements, with the reasoning shown, not a preferred vendor in disguise.

RFP and evaluation support

Tender documents, scripted demo scenarios and a scoring sheet so vendors are compared on the same basis.

Budget and timeline reality check

What the project will really cost including data migration, integration, training and the year-one support you forgot.

Implementation oversight

We sit on your side of the table during the build and hold the implementer to the agreed scope.

When companies call us

Before selecting a system

The cheapest point at which to change your mind is before the contract.

Mid-project, when it has stalled

Timelines slipping, users refusing to move, scope arguments every week. Usually a governance problem, not a software problem.

After a bad go-live

Live but not trusted: parallel spreadsheets, manual reports, closing taking longer than before.

When the ERP no longer fits

The business changed, the configuration did not. Sometimes the answer is a rebuild, often it is not.

For an independent health check

A structured review of configuration, data quality, process fit and reporting, with a prioritised fix list.

When the board wants a second opinion

An independent view on a proposal before capital approval.

ERP consulting questions

Are you independent of the ERP vendors?

We implement several platforms, which means we have no single licence quota to protect. Where we are engaged purely as consultants, we say clearly which platforms we implement so you can weigh the advice.

How much does ERP consulting cost in Saudi Arabia?

A requirements and selection engagement for a mid-sized company usually runs 3 to 6 weeks. We price it as a fixed fee against a defined deliverable rather than an open day rate.

Can you take over a failing ERP implementation?

Yes. We start with a health check covering configuration, data, process fit and governance, then give you a recovery plan with a clear call on what to keep and what to redo.

Do you write the RFP for us?

Yes. We produce the requirement document, the RFP, the demo scripts and the scoring model, and we sit in the vendor demos with you.

Do you work outside Riyadh?

Yes. Our office is in Al Olaya, Riyadh, and we run engagements across Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar and the rest of the Kingdom.

How long before we see a recommendation?

For a single-entity business, usually three weeks from kickoff to a scored shortlist and a costed plan.
