What a Zoho partner in Saudi Arabia should actually do for you

Zoho is easy to buy and easy to leave half switched on. Most Saudi companies we meet already own licences: CRM used as a contact list, Books running alongside a spreadsheet, and a suite of apps nobody opened after the trial. The job of a Zoho partner is not to sell more of it. It is to work out which four or five applications will carry the business, configure them around the way your teams already sell, invoice and hire, and then stay until the numbers are trusted.

We are an Authorized Zoho Partner, named Zoho Partner of the Year for Saudi Arabia and the Middle East and Africa, with a Riyadh office, more than 200 businesses served in the Kingdom, and a team that holds current Zoho CRM Administrator, Zoho People and Zoho Creator certifications. We implement Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho One, Zoho People and Payroll, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics and Zoho Projects, and we build custom applications on Zoho Creator when a standard module is the wrong shape.

Because we also implement Odoo, ERPNext and Salesforce, our recommendation is not tied to a licence agreement. If your operation is manufacturing-heavy, we may tell you Zoho is the wrong fit and point you to Odoo instead. That independence is the reason Saudi CFOs and general managers keep us on after go-live.

What businesses tell us before they call

Recurring themes from conversations across the Kingdom, not claims about your business specifically.

“We bought Zoho and never really switched it on”

Licences are being paid for, a handful of people use CRM as a contact list, and the rest of the suite sits untouched.

“Our last partner disappeared after go-live”

The configuration was handed over with no documentation, and nobody internally knows why anything was set up the way it was.

“We do not know which Zoho apps we actually need”

The proposal listed twelve applications. The business would get most of the value from four.

“It is all in English and half our team is not”

The system was set up for whoever ran the project rather than for the people entering data every day.

Zoho products we implement

We scope the ones you need. Buying the full suite on day one is the most common and most expensive mistake in a Zoho rollout.

What we do around Zoho

Consulting & scoping

Which apps you need, Zoho One versus individual licences at your headcount, and a phased plan with a fixed price.

Implementation

Modules, layouts, pipelines, approvals and permissions built around your process rather than left on defaults.

Migration

Customers, suppliers, items, open documents and opening balances, de-duplicated before go-live. Zoho migration

Customisation

Deluge scripts, custom functions and Creator apps for the parts no standard module covers.

Integration

Banks, e-invoicing, payment gateways, WhatsApp, telephony and your in-house systems. Zoho integrations

Training, support & AMC

Training by role on your own records, then ongoing support including the first month-end close. Zoho support plans

Configured for how Saudi businesses run

The parts of a Zoho rollout that are specific to the Kingdom, and that a generic partner tends to leave until after go-live.

ZATCA e-invoicing in Zoho Books

Invoice layouts, QR codes, tax treatment and the e-invoicing phase applicable to you are configured and tested with your finance team before the first live invoice.

15% VAT and withholding set at entry

Tax treatment is decided when a transaction is created, not corrected at month end, so VAT returns come out of the ledger rather than a spreadsheet.

Arabic and English throughout

Field labels, quotes, invoices, HR letters and reports in both languages, so the warehouse team and the board read the same record.

GOSI, WPS and Saudization in People and Payroll

Payroll outputs shaped for WPS files, GOSI contributions and end-of-service calculations, with Nitaqat tracking on the employee master.

Data residency questions answered early

Zoho offers in-Kingdom hosting for eligible editions; we confirm what applies to your plan during scoping and document it for your auditors.

Multi-branch and multi-company

Branches, cost centres and entities set up so consolidated reporting works without re-keying between Books organisations.

We map how the business runs, confirm which parts of Zoho you need, and price the scope in writing.

Built around your process. Master data cleaned, de-duplicated and reconciled before anyone goes live.

4 - 12 weeks
04

Train, go live & support

What you get

Concrete deliverables, so you can hold the proposal to something.

Scoping

  • Written scope: modules, users, branches and integrations
  • Zoho One versus individual licences, priced at your headcount
  • A phased rollout plan rather than everything at once
  • Fixed-price proposal with milestones

Build

  • Configuration built to your documented process
  • Bilingual templates for quotes, invoices and reports
  • Migrated and de-duplicated master data with a reconciliation sign-off
  • Integrations tested end to end, not just connected

Handover

  • Role-based training on your own records
  • Written configuration documentation
  • An internal admin trained to make changes safely
  • Support and AMC options after go-live

What it costs

We do not publish a price, because the honest answer depends on scope. What we can publish is exactly what you will be paying for, and which part usually gets forgotten.

Why businesses pick us

Partner on four platforms, not one

We are a Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext and ManageEngine partner and also implement Salesforce. If Zoho is the wrong fit for the problem you described, we will say so before you buy licences rather than after.

Arabic and English in one system

Interface, documents and reports in both, which matters when the team works in Arabic and management reads reports in English.

Configured for Saudi practice

Invoicing workflows configurable around ZATCA e-invoicing, VAT treatment set at entry, and payroll outputs shaped for WPS and GOSI.

We stay after go-live

The first month-end close surfaces everything the scoping missed. Most of the real value of an implementation is delivered in those weeks.

A team in Riyadh, not a ticket queue

Consultants you can meet, in your timezone and your working week, who scoped the project and then configured it.

We will tell you not to buy

If the problem is your data or your process rather than your software, a new licence will not fix it. We say that early.

Questions before you book

Yes. Saudi ERP is an Authorized Zoho Partner with a Riyadh office and has been named Zoho Partner of the Year for KSA and MEA. Our team holds Zoho CRM Certified Administrator, Zoho People Certified Associate and Zoho Creator Certified Developer credentials, which you can see further up this page.

Both. We can supply licences and advise on Zoho One versus individual applications at your real headcount, but most of our work is implementation, migration, integration and support.

Zoho Books supports Saudi VAT and e-invoicing workflows. We configure the invoice layouts, tax treatment and the e-invoicing phase that applies to your business, and test it with your finance team before the first live invoice.

Yes. Zoho applications support Arabic and right-to-left layouts. We set up bilingual templates for quotes, invoices, HR documents and reports so each team works in the language it prefers.

Zoho offers hosting in Saudi data centres for eligible editions. We confirm the hosting region available for your plan during scoping and document it for your compliance team.

A focused Zoho CRM or Books rollout typically takes four to eight weeks. A multi-app Zoho One deployment with integrations and migration usually runs eight to sixteen weeks, delivered in phases.

It depends on the number of applications, users, branches, integrations and the state of your data. We publish exactly what you pay for in the cost table above and quote a fixed price after a short process study.

Yes. Support and annual maintenance plans cover new users, reports, workflow changes and the questions that only appear at the first month-end close.
